Reservation Policy
Hotel Policies:
- Check-in time: 03:00 PM.
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
- Front Desk hours: 24/7
- Check-in requirements: (At time of check-in guests must provide a valid I.D. and must be 21 years of age or older.) There is a refundable $50.00 security deposit required for nightly rentals and a $100.00 security deposit for weekly rentals.).
- FULL Cancellation Policy: Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodations type. If you decide to cancel 24 hours prior to check in a full refund will be made available. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to check in will be charged the full price of the first night’s stay.
- Additional cost for rollaway beds or cribs if applicable: N/A (we do not offer rollaway beds or cribs)
- Any additional fees or fines: House Rules are given to every guest upon check in detailing a list of services offered as well as any costs associated with them.
Pet Policy:
- The Red Apple Hotel Inn does NOT accept pets.
Smoking policy:
- The Red Apple Hotel Inn is a NON-SMOKING establishment. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the hotel rooms and the front lobby. There is a $150.00 smoking fee applied to any guest who violates this policy.
